Health Review Clinics

All registered patients aged 16-74 are invited to have their blood pressure checked every 3 years and all patients over 75 to have their BP checked annually. All patients suffering from long term health conditions such as diabetes, respiratory disease, heart disease/stroke and hypertension are invited to attend for an annual health review on the month of your birthday.  You may also receive a blood request form which you should take to your local phlebotomy clinic to have your bloods done as soon as is convenient.  Angela, our Healthcare Assistant will contact you within 4 weeks from you receiving the letter to arrange a mutually convenient appointment for you to attend the surgery.  Our practice nurses provide support, monitoring and advice in conjunction with the GP.
