Changes to New Patient Registrations (as from 28th September 2020)
Thames Avenue Surgery is currently having it's Patient List managed to West Kent Clinical Commissioning Group. Due to a large increase in patients since June 2020, we can only directly accept registrations from either newborn babies, immediate family members of the same household of patients already registered at the surgery, students returning from University/College or patients that have been allocated to us directly from the Clinical Commissioning Group.
This decision has been taken by the GP partners due to our Clinical Team working to maximum capacity. There will be no impact on the services that we are currently providing for our registered patients but we want to avoid a situation where we take on too many extra patients beyond our existing manageable list size. This decision remains under constant review and may be reversed if our situation changes.
We are maintaining a waiting list for patients who do wish to register with us, and when space becomes available, we will contact these patients to offer them a place. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause and thank you for your understanding and support through this period.
After trying at least 3 surgeries, patients should contact:-
